After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payments via mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa), debit/credit card, or other methods as listed at checkout.
Full payment must be received before products are dispatched.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery services across Kenya. Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt.
7. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Some products (e.g., clearance items or personalized goods) may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Warranty
Kingsons bags sold by Bambino Bello Kenya may include a limited manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage may vary by product. Please retain your purchase receipt and packaging.
Warranty claims should be sent to customercare@bambinobelloke.com with clear photos and proof of purchase.
